1) In light of rapid escalation with COVID-19, our staff will NOT be meeting with agents and/or homeowners in person under ANY circumstances before, during or after the service.

 

2) The use of lockboxes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED access during this time. If the owner or agent has to give access on-site, they will be asked to remain outside until service(s) have completed.

3) Our staff will sanitize before entering the property and will wear disposable face masks during the service.

 

4) Appointment can be re-scheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior, otherwise a $50 admin fee may apply.

5) If the appointment is canceled less than 2 hours before the shoot, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.

​

6) We can service outside of the areas but for listings more than 40 km from North York (M6L 0A2), there is an additional travel charge of $0.99/km return trip (80km included) to cover our photographer’s time getting to and from the property.
